With the blessings of God Almighty and Mohamed Sathak Trust, Mohamed Sathak Dasthagir Teacher Training College came into being in 2012. It was started not as commercial Venture for the glory of particular family or Community but to cater to the educational needs of the youth and to provide quality pedagogical education to the aspiring, perspective teachers in and around Ramanathapuram.
Flanked by green fileds and pollution free environment, our campus is situated in a clam and serene atmospheres of about 5.5 acres at inside Collectorate complex, Ramanathapuram.
To be a respected and sought-after educational institution engaged in equipping individuals capable of building learning organizing institution, producing enterprising graduate teachers and giving them quality education and practical training.
To develop competencies in students with good value system, to face challenges of the continuously changing world and to mould up the preceptors with potentiality and commitment who would contribute to the building of the nation endowed with special activities.
Being affiliated to TAMILNADU TEACHERS EDUCATION UNIVERSITY, our college adheres to the university norms and regulations and follows the syllabus framed by the university.The subjects offered are Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physical Science,Computer Science, Biological Science,History and Commerce.
